RESPONSIBILITY

Mont Tremblant Concierge shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged luggage resulting from any consequence beyond its control including, but not limited to, weather, strikes or missed connections of flights due to flight time changes or delay caused by weather, mechanical difficulties or other. The client abandons any claim against Mont Tremblant Concierge its agents or employees for any reasons resulting in delay, omission, negligence or other fault caused by the bus or air carrier, its agents or employees. Mont Tremblant Concierge undertakes to supply the services and accommodations contained in its web site and brochure. Should they not be available for any reason beyond the control of Mont Tremblant Concierge, the company shall be responsible only for supplying services and accommodations of comparable quality. All travel arrangements are subject to change, with or without notice to the client.


CHALETS, HOUSES AND PRIVATE CONDOMINIUMS

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% is due upon booking, payable by cheque, money order, cash, or credit card. All funds quoted in the web site and vacation guide and by our representatives are in Canadian dollars. Full and final payment is due upon arrival, payable by credit card or cash.

Credit Cards:
Visa, MasterCard, and Amex, are accepted.

Cancellation Charges:
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges apply: $100 per condo/chalet if cancelled no later than 28 days prior to check-in date.
Total deposit, if cancelled less than 28 days prior to check-in date.

Guarantee Deposit:
Your credit card number will be kept on file. This is for eventual long distance calls, made by you while occupying the unit; (see "Telephone Charges" below) or any losses or damages.

Telephone Charges:
Long Distance calls made from your unit should be charged to the party you are calling or to your calling card. Each long distance call charged to your unit is subject to an additional $10 service charge.

Rates:
Rates quoted herein are in Canadian dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Additional Information:
For condominiums and chalets, linens are included in the price of the unit. No pets are allowed except by special arrangement with owners in advance.

Other Services
Pre-arrival basic food shopping and daily maid service is not included.
This can be arranged along with other services, at extra cost, through Mont Tremblant Concierge.
